Description

Pua kala is the Hawaiian endemic poppy.  It grows in dry regions.  It can be slow to germinate. Coastal, dry forest.

How to grow

  1. Plant in well drained soil, 1/4" deep. 
  2. Keep in filtered light, 60-90 degrees fahrenheit. 
  3. Be patient. 
  4. Keep soil moist but not soaking. 
  5. You can also throw the seeds in a garden bed and they will germinate over time.
